I’m delighted to announce I will be guiding more community meditations starting on Wednesday October 4, 2023.
These will be held in Albany Creek at 10.30am.
They are just $4 per session – subsidised by the Moreton Bay Healthy and Active program.
The sessions are all seated (in chairs) and are aimed at beginners, but everyone is welcome🙏
