Next Tuesday (May 21) is World Meditation Day.
So I thought I’d offer a free online group meditation session.
If you’ve not tried meditation before… this is a good opportunity to give it a go in the comfort of your own home.
Or maybe you’ve tried it in the past, but found your mind drifting off into thoughts, so you came to the conclusion you couldn’t do it?
Actually that means just the opposite.
The fact you noticed your mind had wandered off – is actually a sign you CAN do it.
There’s no ‘one way‘ or ‘right way‘ to meditate, and no ‘one position‘ you have to sit in.
The big one is you don’t have to clear your mind.
That was a game changer for me!
